So, who am I is probably a good starting point?

I’m an experienced entrepreneur, manager, mentor, and author with over 30 years experience in hospitality and other fields. Most recently I founded Dobiquity (www.dobiquity.com), a digital platform that helps global enterprises gather and use non-financial data to improve their employee and customer experiences.

I’m also author of six management books with renowned publishers such as Pearson, Little Brown and Routledge, including the successful ‘How to Run a Great Hotel’ , ‘The Essential Manager’ and ‘The Impostor Leaders’.

In my blog I try to create engaging articles about leadership and related topics. Most of my posts are long reads that try to explore topics in an in-depth but interesting way. I don’t really do sound-bites.
